Downtown Community Television Center (DCTV) is a not-for-profit media center dedicated to providing access to low-cost or free professional training in all aspects of digital media and production and post-production facilities to independent artists and underserved communities, particularly inner-city youth. The proceeds from all sales go directly towards sustaining DCTV's valuable programs.

Truth becomes a relative term as the population of Venezuela grows increasingly polarized while grappling with President Hugo Chavez and his agenda. Chavez promises a revolution that will redistribute the country's oil wealth to the poor and uses the history of the United States' complicated relationship with Venezuela and South America to rally support to his side.
